By using and registering on the “Ya Zawaj” website, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the following terms of use. Please read them carefully before creating your account.

  1. The management of “Ya Zawaj” sets out these terms of use, and you cannot register on the site before agreeing to them.
  2. It is forbidden to post any image that offends public decency, any non-personal image, or any image showing more than one person. It is also forbidden to post any image symbolizing a religious, political or artistic symbol, or referring to a public figure.
  3. The management does not disclose any information about any member to any person or party whatsoever, for any reason or under any circumstances.
  4. The site does not verify the identity of members, nor their addresses or numbers. We therefore advise you to make sure yourself of the identity of the person you are talking to.
  5. The site is not responsible for any relationship formed between members, whether inside or outside the site.
  6. The management does not send any internal message to any member under any circumstances; communication with members takes place only through their e-mail address registered on the site.
  7. The management immediately and without prior warning cancels the membership of any member who directs abusive words at another member, harms religious, moral or political values, harms people's dignity, or uses racist expressions.
  8. The site team monitors members' data around the clock: no photo or data is displayed before it is verified. This does not include the messages exchanged between members.
  9. The management does not monitor the messages exchanged between members, which we consider private; none of our moderators or staff may access them, except when a complaint reports a breach of the site's terms — the team then steps in to verify.
  10. The site team works around the clock to keep all information secure, so that it stays protected and cannot be accessed.
  11. We recommend choosing a password of more than 8 letters and numbers so that it is hard to guess.
